MERLUCA OWNERSHIP STANDARD

Your business. Your accounts. Your data.

We build and improve commercial systems without becoming the invisible owner of your operation. You retain control; we receive the permissions needed to do the work correctly.

ONE SIMPLE QUESTION

If your provider disappeared tomorrow, could your business keep operating?

Who controls the domain, hosting, analytics, payments, customer data, and code? Can your team revoke access, recover an account, or hand the system to someone else? If that is unclear, the dependency deserves attention.

TWO WAYS TO START

Your system can begin with what you already have.

01 / YOU HAVE TOOLS

Improve what already exists.

We review Shopify, HubSpot, CRM, messaging, spreadsheets, payments, and other platforms. Effective tools stay; weak configuration and disconnected steps are corrected.

02 / YOU NEED A FOUNDATION

Choose well and start with control.

We design the process first, then recommend practical tools, costs, and owners. We do not recommend replacing a tool that performs its role just to expand the project.

WHAT SHOULD STAY UNDER YOUR CONTROL

Visible ownership, documented access, and a possible exit.

01

Domain and DNS

The business remains the registrant and retains control. Merluca receives only the access required to work.

02

Hosting and publishing

The client controls the account or receives a documented transfer and export path before contracting.

03

Analytics and search accounts

The client keeps owner or administrator access. Merluca uses revocable, role-based permissions.

04

Payments and commercial data

Stripe, payment providers, CRM, forms, and customer records remain in business-controlled accounts.

05

Code and digital assets

The proposal defines the repository, export, transfer path, final files, dependencies, and usage rights.

06

Documentation and continuity

Handoff covers access, owners, recurring costs, backups, operating guidance, and recovery steps.

HOW WE WORK

Merluca is an authorized collaborator, not a hidden owner.

The client controls.Essential accounts use the business identity and an internal owner.

Merluca accesses. We use role-based invitations, avoid shared passwords, and remove access when appropriate.

The system stays protected.Ownership still requires backups, roles, approvals, and controlled production changes.

Confirm what your business controls before building something new.
