A working sales process with stages, owners, follow-up, tools, and visibility your team can actually use.

HOW WE WORK

01

Diagnostic

We understand the current journey, the intended outcome, and the tools already creating value.

02

Scope

We define deliverables, owners, access, exclusions, and acceptance criteria before building.

03

Implementation

We configure, connect, and test the system using realistic business scenarios.

04

Launch

We train the team, deliver documentation, and clarify what happens next.

Assign inquiries, standardize follow-up, and see pending appointments.

Professional firm sending proposals

Sales team underusing HubSpot

WHAT’S NOT INCLUDED

Clear boundaries protect the result.

YOUR BUSINESS STAYS YOURS

Your tools should serve the business—not trap it.

If you already use Shopify, HubSpot, WhatsApp, or another platform, we keep what works and replace it only for a documented operational, financial, security, or integration reason. Essential accounts and data remain under client control; Merluca works through authorized access and a documented handoff.

FROM INTEREST TO KICKOFF

Talk first. Confirm the fit. Then commit.

  1. 01Free diagnostic
  2. 02Recommendation and scope
  3. 03Proposal and agreement
  4. 04Payment and kickoff

We do not ask you to buy a complex service before understanding the operation. Simple, clearly scoped work may move quickly after the diagnostic; custom work may require paid discovery.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Before you decide.

Does this replace our team?

No. It gives the team a usable system; business decisions and customer conversations remain theirs.

Do we need a new CRM?

Not unless there is a documented reason and the benefit justifies the change.

Why does it take several weeks?

The process is designed, configured, tested with the team, and adjusted before launch.

What happens after launch?

Your team can operate from the documentation or continue with Ongoing Optimization.

Who controls access and accounts?

The client retains control of essential accounts and business data. Merluca receives authorized, role-appropriate access and documents the handoff or continuity path.

Does the price include software and third-party services?

No, unless the proposal explicitly says so. Software, messaging, payment processing, and other services are shown separately so recurring costs remain visible.

How many revision rounds are included?

The proposal defines revision rounds and acceptance criteria before payment. Changes outside scope are quoted as an adjustment or another phase—not introduced as surprise charges.

NEXT STEP
